Start-up woes? A quick helpline for newly-incorporated companies in Singapore

While it is really easy to setup your company, it can be quite overwhelming for you when you first start out.

Especially when you are more than just a mere one-man show, you need to be thinking about employment laws, be it employing locals or foreign talent.

From employer obligations such as the employment act, contracts of services and termination, hours of work and overtime, leave and holidays, salary to good work practices, you need to be abreast of the current requirements.

To keep things simple so as to help you out with your new start-up, we’ve put together a short list of useful links from the Ministry of Manpower to Housing Development Board (if you are planning to set up your home office).
